Assalamu alaykum! Thank you for writing to us. On en.quranacademy.org you can study for free: the "Interactive lessons" section (en.quranacademy.org/courses) has a "Tajwid for beginners" course and "Arabic for beginners", and the "Quran" section lets you read with audio by reciters. Please start with the first course - it begins with the letters and their pronunciation. We cannot give personal one-to-one teaching through the site, but the lessons are designed for self-study. May Allah make it easy for you.
