Sura 11 Hud, ayah 97
-
إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاتَّبَعُوا أَمْرَ فِرْعَوْنَ ۖ وَمَا أَمْرُ فِرْعَوْنَ بِرَشِيدٍ
Translation by words
- إِلَىٰ
- To
- فِرْعَوْنَ
- Firaun
- وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ
- and his chiefs,
- فَٱتَّبَعُوٓا۟
- but they followed
- أَمْرَ
- (the) command of Firaun,
- فِرْعَوْنَ
- (the) command of Firaun,
- وَمَآ
- and not
- أَمْرُ
- (the) command of Firaun
- فِرْعَوْنَ
- (the) command of Firaun
- بِرَشِيدٍ
- was right.
To Pharaoh and his establishment, but they followed the command of Pharaoh, and the command of Pharaoh was not (at all) discerning.
