Sura 13 Ar-Ra'd (The Thunder), ayah 1

  1. المر ۚ تِلْكَ آيَاتُ الْكِتَابِ ۗ وَالَّذِي أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ الْحَقُّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

    Translation by words

    الٓمٓر
    Alif Laam Mim Ra.
    تِلْكَ
    These
    ءَايَٰتُ
    (are) the Verses
    ٱلْكِتَٰبِ
    (of) the Book.
    وَٱلَّذِىٓ
    And that which
    أُنزِلَ
    has been revealed
    إِلَيْكَ
    to you
    مِن
    from
    رَّبِّكَ
    your Lord
    ٱلْحَقُّ
    (is) the truth,
    وَلَٰكِنَّ
    but
    أَكْثَرَ
    most
    ٱلنَّاسِ
    (of) the mankind
    لَا
    (do) not
    يُؤْمِنُونَ
    believe.

    Alif, Lam, Meem, Ra. These are the verses of the Book; and what has been revealed to you from your Lord is the truth, but most of the people do not believe.
