Sura 13 Ar-Ra'd (The Thunder), ayah 26

  1. اللَّهُ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ وَفَرِحُوا بِالْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا مَتَاعٌ

    Translation by words

    ٱللَّهُ
    Allah
    يَبْسُطُ
    extends
    ٱلرِّزْقَ
    the provision
    لِمَن
    for whom
    يَشَآءُ
    He wills
    وَيَقْدِرُ
    and restricts.
    وَفَرِحُوا۟
    And they rejoice
    بِٱلْحَيَوٰةِ
    in the life
    ٱلدُّنْيَا
    (of) the world
    وَمَا
    and nothing
    ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ
    (is) the life
    ٱلدُّنْيَا
    of the world
    فِى
    in (comparison to)
    ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ
    the Hereafter,
    إِلَّا
    except
    مَتَٰعٌ
    an enjoyment.

    Allah extends provision for whom He wills and restricts (it). And they rejoice in the worldly life, while the worldly life is not, compared to the Hereafter, except (brief) enjoyment.
