Sura 13 Ar-Ra'd (The Thunder), ayah 42

  1. وَقَدْ مَكَرَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَلِلَّهِ الْمَكْرُ جَمِيعًا ۖ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَكْسِبُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ۗ وَسَيَعْلَمُ الْكُفَّارُ لِمَنْ عُقْبَى الدَّارِ

    Translation by words

    وَقَدْ
    And certainly
    مَكَرَ
    plotted
    ٱلَّذِينَ
    those who
    مِن
    (were) from
    قَبْلِهِمْ
    before them,
    فَلِلَّهِ
    but for Allah
    ٱلْمَكْرُ
    (is) the plot
    جَمِيعًا
    all.
    يَعْلَمُ
    He knows
    مَا
    what
    تَكْسِبُ
    earns
    كُلُّ
    every
    نَفْسٍ
    soul,
    وَسَيَعْلَمُ
    and will know
    ٱلْكُفَّٰرُ
    the disbelievers
    لِمَنْ
    for whom
    عُقْبَى
    (is) the final
    ٱلدَّارِ
    the home.

    And those before them had plotted, but to Allah belongs the plan entirely. He knows what every soul earns, and the disbelievers will know for whom is the final home.
