Sura 13 Ar-Ra'd (The Thunder), ayah 8
-
اللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَحْمِلُ كُلُّ أُنْثَىٰ وَمَا تَغِيضُ الْأَرْحَامُ وَمَا تَزْدَادُ ۖ وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ عِنْدَهُ بِمِقْدَارٍ
Translation by words
- ٱللَّهُ
- Allah
- يَعْلَمُ
- knows
- مَا
- what
- تَحْمِلُ
- carries
- كُلُّ
- every
- أُنثَىٰ
- female,
- وَمَا
- and what
- تَغِيضُ
- fall short
- ٱلْأَرْحَامُ
- the womb,
- وَمَا
- and what
- تَزْدَادُ
- they exceed.
- وَكُلُّ
- And every
- شَىْءٍ
- thing
- عِندَهُۥ
- with Him
- بِمِقْدَارٍ
- (is) in due proportion.
Allah knows what every female carries and what the wombs lose (prematurely) or exceed. And everything with Him is by due measure.
