Sura 15 Al-Hijr, ayah 21

1. وَإِنْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا عِنْدَنَا خَزَائِنُهُ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعْلُومٍ

   Translation by words

   وَإِن

   And not

   مِّن

   (is) any

   شَىْءٍ

   thing

   إِلَّا

   but

   عِندَنَا

   with Us

   خَزَآئِنُهُۥ

   (are) its treasures,

   وَمَا

   and not

   نُنَزِّلُهُۥٓ

   We send it down

   إِلَّا

   except

   بِقَدَرٍ

   in a measure

   مَّعْلُومٍ

   known.

   And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure.
