Sura 16 Al-Nahl (The Bee), ayah 7

  1. وَتَحْمِلُ أَثْقَالَكُمْ إِلَىٰ بَلَدٍ لَمْ تَكُونُوا بَالِغِيهِ إِلَّا بِشِقِّ الْأَنْفُسِ ۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَحِيمٌ

    Translation by words

    وَتَحْمِلُ
    And they carry
    أَثْقَالَكُمْ
    your loads
    إِلَىٰ
    to
    بَلَدٍ
    a land
    لَّمْ
    not
    تَكُونُوا۟
    you could
    بَٰلِغِيهِ
    reach it
    إِلَّا
    except
    بِشِقِّ
    with great trouble
    ٱلْأَنفُسِ
    (to) yourselves.
    إِنَّ
    Indeed,
    رَبَّكُمْ
    your Lord
    لَرَءُوفٌ
    surely is Most Kind,
    رَّحِيمٌ
    Most Merciful.

And they carry your loads to a land you could not have reached except with difficulty to yourselves. Indeed, your Lord is Kind and Merciful.
