Sura 17 Al-Isra (The Night Journey), ayah 104

  1. وَقُلْنَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ اسْكُنُوا الْأَرْضَ فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ الْآخِرَةِ جِئْنَا بِكُمْ لَفِيفًا

    Translation by words

    وَقُلْنَا
    And We said
    مِنۢ
    after him
    بَعْدِهِۦ
    after him
    لِبَنِىٓ
    to the Children of Israel,
    إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ
    to the Children of Israel,
    ٱسْكُنُوا۟
    "Dwell
    ٱلْأَرْضَ
    (in) the land,
    فَإِذَا
    then when
    جَآءَ
    comes
    وَعْدُ
    (the) promise
    ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ
    (of) the Hereafter,
    جِئْنَا
    We will bring
    بِكُمْ
    you
    لَفِيفًا
    (as) a mixed crowd."

    And We said after Pharaoh to the Children of Israel, "Dwell in the land, and when there comes the promise of the Hereafter, We will bring you forth in (one) gathering."
