Sura 20 Ta Ha (Ta-Ha), ayah 45

  1. قَالَا رَبَّنَا إِنَّنَا نَخَافُ أَنْ يَفْرُطَ عَلَيْنَا أَوْ أَنْ يَطْغَىٰ

    Translation by words

    قَالَا
    They said,
    رَبَّنَآ
    "Our Lord!
    إِنَّنَا
    Indeed, we
    نَخَافُ
    fear
    أَن
    that
    يَفْرُطَ
    he will hasten
    عَلَيْنَآ
    against us
    أَوْ
    or
    أَن
    that
    يَطْغَىٰ
    he will transgress."

    They said, "Our Lord, indeed we are afraid that he will hasten (punishment) against us or that he will transgress."
