Sura 20 Ta Ha (Ta-Ha), ayah 91

  1. قَالُوا لَنْ نَبْرَحَ عَلَيْهِ عَاكِفِينَ حَتَّىٰ يَرْجِعَ إِلَيْنَا مُوسَىٰ

    Translation by words

    قَالُوا۟
    They said,
    لَن
    "Never
    نَّبْرَحَ
    we will cease
    عَلَيْهِ
    being devoted to it
    عَٰكِفِينَ
    being devoted to it
    حَتَّىٰ
    until
    يَرْجِعَ
    returns
    إِلَيْنَا
    to us
    مُوسَىٰ
    Musa."

    They said, "We will never cease being devoted to the calf until Moses returns to us."
