Sura 20 Ta Ha (Ta-Ha), ayah 99

  1. كَذَٰلِكَ نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ أَنْبَاءِ مَا قَدْ سَبَقَ ۚ وَقَدْ آتَيْنَاكَ مِنْ لَدُنَّا ذِكْرًا

    Translation by words

    كَذَٰلِكَ
    Thus
    نَقُصُّ
    We relate
    عَلَيْكَ
    to you
    مِنْ
    from
    أَنۢبَآءِ
    (the) news
    مَا
    (of) what
    قَدْ
    has preceded.
    سَبَقَ
    has preceded.
    وَقَدْ
    And certainly
    ءَاتَيْنَٰكَ
    We have given you
    مِن
    from
    لَّدُنَّا
    Us
    ذِكْرًا
    a Reminder.

    Thus, (O Muhammad), We relate to you from the news of what has preceded. And We have certainly given you from Us the Qur'an.
