Sura 23 Al-Mu'minun (The Believers), ayah 23

  1. وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِ فَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَٰهٍ غَيْرُهُ ۖ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ

    Translation by words

    وَلَقَدْ
    And verily
    أَرْسَلْنَا
    We sent
    نُوحًا
    Nuh
    إِلَىٰ
    to
    قَوْمِهِۦ
    his people,
    فَقَالَ
    and he said,
    يَٰقَوْمِ
    "O my people!
    ٱعْبُدُوا۟
    Worship
    ٱللَّهَ
    Allah;
    مَا
    not
    لَكُم
    for you
    مِّنْ
    (is) any
    إِلَٰهٍ
    god
    غَيْرُهُۥٓ
    other than Him.
    أَفَلَا
    Then will not
    تَتَّقُونَ
    you fear?"

    And We had certainly sent Noah to his people, and he said, "O my people, worship Allah; you have no deity other than Him; then will you not fear Him?"
