Sura 25 Al-Furqan (The Criterion), ayah 57

  1. قُلْ مَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ إِلَّا مَنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِ سَبِيلًا

    Translation by words

    قُلْ
    Say,
    مَآ
    "Not
    أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ
    I ask (of) you
    عَلَيْهِ
    for it
    مِنْ
    any
    أَجْرٍ
    payment,
    إِلَّا
    except
    مَن
    (that) whoever wills
    شَآءَ
    (that) whoever wills
    أَن
    to
    يَتَّخِذَ
    take
    إِلَىٰ
    to
    رَبِّهِۦ
    his Lord
    سَبِيلًا
    a way."

    Say, "I do not ask of you for it any payment - only that whoever wills might take to his Lord a way."
