Sura 26 Ash-Shu'ara' (The Poets), ayah 154

  1. مَا أَنْتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِثْلُنَا فَأْتِ بِآيَةٍ إِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ

    Translation by words

    مَآ
    Not
    أَنتَ
    you
    إِلَّا
    (are) except
    بَشَرٌ
    a man
    مِّثْلُنَا
    like us,
    فَأْتِ
    so bring
    بِـَٔايَةٍ
    a sign,
    إِن
    if
    كُنتَ
    you
    مِنَ
    (are) of
    ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
    the truthful."

    You are but a man like ourselves, so bring a sign, if you should be of the truthful."
