Sura 26 Ash-Shu'ara' (The Poets), ayah 213

1. فَلَا تَدْعُ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا آخَرَ فَتَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُعَذَّبِينَ

   Translation by words

   فَلَا

   So (do) not

   تَدْعُ

   invoke

   مَعَ

   with

   ٱللَّهِ

   Allah,

   إِلَٰهًا

   god

   ءَاخَرَ

   another

   فَتَكُونَ

   lest you be

   مِنَ

   of

   ٱلْمُعَذَّبِينَ

   those punished.

   So do not invoke with Allah another deity and (thus) be among the punished.

   26:213
