Sura 26 Ash-Shu'ara' (The Poets), ayah 71

1. قَالُوا نَعْبُدُ أَصْنَامًا فَنَظَلُّ لَهَا عَاكِفِينَ

   Translation by words

   قَالُوا۟

   They said,

   نَعْبُدُ

   "We worship

   أَصْنَامًا

   idols,

   فَنَظَلُّ

   so we will remain

   لَهَا

   to them

   عَٰكِفِينَ

   devoted."

   They said, "We worship idols and remain to them devoted."

   26:71

Translation: Saheeh International
