Sura 27 An-Naml (The Ant), ayah 86

  1. أَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّا جَعَلْنَا اللَّيْلَ لِيَسْكُنُوا فِيهِ وَالنَّهَارَ مُبْصِرًا ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ

    Translation by words

    أَلَمْ
    Do not
    يَرَوْا۟
    they see
    أَنَّا
    that We
    جَعَلْنَا
    [We] have made
    ٱلَّيْلَ
    the night
    لِيَسْكُنُوا۟
    that they may rest
    فِيهِ
    in it,
    وَٱلنَّهَارَ
    and the day
    مُبْصِرًا
    giving visibility?
    إِنَّ
    Indeed,
    فِى
    in
    ذَٰلِكَ
    that
    لَءَايَٰتٍ
    surely (are) Signs
    لِّقَوْمٍ
    for a people
    يُؤْمِنُونَ
    who believe.

    Do they not see that We made the night that they may rest therein and the day giving sight? Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe.
