Sura 29 Al-'Ankabut (The Spider), ayah 36

  1. وَإِلَىٰ مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًا فَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَارْجُوا الْيَوْمَ الْآخِرَ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ

    Translation by words

    وَإِلَىٰ
    And to
    مَدْيَنَ
    Madyan
    أَخَاهُمْ
    their brother
    شُعَيْبًا
    Shuaib.
    فَقَالَ
    And he said,
    يَٰقَوْمِ
    "O my people!
    ٱعْبُدُوا۟
    Worship
    ٱللَّهَ
    Allah
    وَٱرْجُوا۟
    and expect
    ٱلْيَوْمَ
    the Day
    ٱلْءَاخِرَ
    the Last,
    وَلَا
    and (do) not
    تَعْثَوْا۟
    commit evil
    فِى
    in
    ٱلْأَرْضِ
    the earth
    مُفْسِدِينَ
    (as) corrupters."

    And to Madyan (We sent) their brother Shu'ayb, and he said, "O my people, worship Allah and expect the Last Day and do not commit abuse on the earth, spreading corruption."
