Sura 2 Al-Baqarah (The Cow), ayah 128

  1. رَبَّنَا وَاجْعَلْنَا مُسْلِمَيْنِ لَكَ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِنَا أُمَّةً مُسْلِمَةً لَكَ وَأَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ

    Translation by words

    رَبَّنَا
    Our Lord!
    وَٱجْعَلْنَا
    [and] Make us
    مُسْلِمَيْنِ
    both submissive
    لَكَ
    to You.
    وَمِن
    And from
    ذُرِّيَّتِنَآ
    our offspring
    أُمَّةً
    a community
    مُّسْلِمَةً
    submissive
    لَّكَ
    to You.
    وَأَرِنَا
    And show us
    مَنَاسِكَنَا
    our ways of worship
    وَتُبْ
    and turn
    عَلَيْنَآ
    to us.
    إِنَّكَ
    Indeed You!
    أَنتَ
    [You] (are)
    ٱلتَّوَّابُ
    the Oft-returning,
    ٱلرَّحِيمُ
    the Most Merciful.

    Our Lord, and make us Muslims (in submission) to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation (in submission) to You. And show us our rites and accept our repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful.
