Sura 2 Al-Baqarah (The Cow), ayah 151
-
كَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا فِيكُمْ رَسُولًا مِنْكُمْ يَتْلُو عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِنَا وَيُزَكِّيكُمْ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمْ مَا لَمْ تَكُونُوا تَعْلَمُونَ
Translation by words
- كَمَآ
- As
- أَرْسَلْنَا
- We sent
- فِيكُمْ
- among you
- رَسُولًا
- a Messenger
- مِّنكُمْ
- from you
- يَتْلُوا۟
- (who) recites
- عَلَيْكُمْ
- to you
- ءَايَٰتِنَا
- Our verses
- وَيُزَكِّيكُمْ
- and purifies you
- وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ
- and teaches you
- ٱلْكِتَٰبَ
- the Book
- وَٱلْحِكْمَةَ
- and the wisdom
- وَيُعَلِّمُكُم
- and teaches you
- مَّا
- what
- لَمْ
- not
- تَكُونُوا۟
- you were
- تَعْلَمُونَ
- knowing.
Just as We have sent among you a messenger from yourselves reciting to you Our verses and purifying you and teaching you the Book and wisdom and teaching you that which you did not know.
