Sura 2 Al-Baqarah (The Cow), ayah 238

1. حَافِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ وَالصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَىٰ وَقُومُوا لِلَّهِ قَانِتِينَ

   Translation by words

   حَٰفِظُوا۟

   Guard strictly

   عَلَى

   [on]

   ٱلصَّلَوَٰتِ

   the prayers,

   وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ

   and the prayer -

   ٱلْوُسْطَىٰ

   [the] middle,

   وَقُومُوا۟

   and stand up

   لِلَّهِ

   for Allah

   قَٰنِتِينَ

   devoutly obedient.

   Maintain with care the (obligatory) prayers and (in particular) the middle prayer and stand before Allah, devoutly obedient.

   2:238
