Sura 2 Al-Baqarah (The Cow), ayah 8

  1. وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَقُولُ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَبِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَمَا هُمْ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ

    Translation by words

    وَمِنَ
    And of
    ٱلنَّاسِ
    the people
    مَن
    (are some) who
    يَقُولُ
    say,
    ءَامَنَّا
    "We believed
    بِٱللَّهِ
    in Allah
    وَبِٱلْيَوْمِ
    and in the Day
    ٱلْءَاخِرِ
    [the] Last,"
    وَمَا
    but not
    هُم
    they
    بِمُؤْمِنِينَ
    (are) believers (at all).

    And of the people are some who say, "We believe in Allah and the Last Day," but they are not believers.
