Sura 38 Sad (The letter Saad), ayah 60

  1. قَالُوا بَلْ أَنْتُمْ لَا مَرْحَبًا بِكُمْ ۖ أَنْتُمْ قَدَّمْتُمُوهُ لَنَا ۖ فَبِئْسَ الْقَرَارُ

    Translation by words

    قَالُوا۟
    They say,
    بَلْ
    "Nay!
    أَنتُمْ
    You -
    لَا
    no
    مَرْحَبًۢا
    welcome
    بِكُمْ
    for you.
    أَنتُمْ
    You
    قَدَّمْتُمُوهُ
    brought this
    لَنَا
    upon us.
    فَبِئْسَ
    So wretched (is)
    ٱلْقَرَارُ
    the settlement."

    They will say, "Nor you! No welcome for you. You, (our leaders), brought this upon us, and wretched is the settlement."
