Sura 39 Az-Zumar (The Troops), ayah 1

تَنْزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ

The revelation of the Qur'an is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
