Sura 3 Ali 'Imran (Family of Imran), ayah 177

1. إِنَّ الَّذِينَ اشْتَرَوُا الْكُفْرَ بِالْإِيمَانِ لَنْ يَضُرُّوا اللَّهَ شَيْئًا وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

   Translation by words

   إِنَّ

   Indeed,

   ٱلَّذِينَ

   those who

   ٱشْتَرَوُا۟

   (have) purchased

   ٱلْكُفْرَ

   [the] disbelief

   بِٱلْإِيمَٰنِ

   with the faith

   لَن

   never

   يَضُرُّوا۟

   will they harm

   ٱللَّهَ

   Allah

   شَيْـًٔا

   (in) anything,

   وَلَهُمْ

   and for them

   عَذَابٌ

   (is) a punishment

   أَلِيمٌ

   painful.

   Indeed, those who purchase disbelief (in exchange) for faith - never will they harm Allah at all, and for them is a painful punishment.
