Sura 3 Ali 'Imran (Family of Imran), ayah 89

  1. إِلَّا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا مِنْ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ

    Translation by words

    إِلَّا
    Except
    ٱلَّذِينَ
    those who
    تَابُوا۟
    repent
    مِنۢ
    from
    بَعْدِ
    after
    ذَٰلِكَ
    that,
    وَأَصْلَحُوا۟
    and reform[ed] themselves.
    فَإِنَّ
    Then indeed,
    ٱللَّهَ
    Allah
    غَفُورٌ
    (is) Oft-Forgiving,
    رَّحِيمٌ
    Most Merciful.

    Except for those who repent after that and correct themselves. For indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

    3:89
