Sura 40 Ghafir (The Forgiver), ayah 15

  1. رَفِيعُ الدَّرَجَاتِ ذُو الْعَرْشِ يُلْقِي الرُّوحَ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ عَلَىٰ مَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ لِيُنْذِرَ يَوْمَ التَّلَاقِ

    Translation by words

    رَفِيعُ
    Possessor of the Highest Ranks,
    ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ
    Possessor of the Highest Ranks,
    ذُو
    Owner (of) the Throne;
    ٱلْعَرْشِ
    Owner (of) the Throne;
    يُلْقِى
    He places
    ٱلرُّوحَ
    the inspiration
    مِنْ
    of
    أَمْرِهِۦ
    His Command
    عَلَىٰ
    upon
    مَن
    whom
    يَشَآءُ
    He wills
    مِنْ
    of
    عِبَادِهِۦ
    His slaves,
    لِيُنذِرَ
    to warn
    يَوْمَ
    (of the) Day
    ٱلتَّلَاقِ
    (of) the Meeting.

    (He is) the Exalted above (all) degrees, Owner of the Throne; He places the inspiration of His command upon whom He wills of His servants to warn of the Day of Meeting.
