Sura 41 Fussilat (Explained In Detail), ayah 23

1. وَذَٰلِكُمْ ظَنُّكُمُ الَّذِي ظَنَنْتُمْ بِرَبِّكُمْ أَرْدَاكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُمْ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ

   Translation by words

   وَذَٰلِكُمْ

   And that

   ظَنُّكُمُ

   (was) your assumption

   ٱلَّذِى

   which

   ظَنَنتُم

   you assumed

   بِرَبِّكُمْ

   about your Lord.

   أَرْدَىٰكُمْ

   It has ruined you,

   فَأَصْبَحْتُم

   and you have become

   مِّنَ

   of

   ٱلْخَٰسِرِينَ

   the losers.

   And that was your assumption which you assumed about your Lord. It has brought you to ruin, and you have become among the losers."

   41:23
