Sura 42 Ash-Shura (The Consultation), ayah 31

1. وَمَا أَنْتُمْ بِمُعْجِزِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ

   Translation by words

   وَمَآ

   And not

   أَنتُم

   you

   بِمُعْجِزِينَ

   (can) escape

   فِى

   in

   ٱلْأَرْضِ

   the earth,

   وَمَا

   and not

   لَكُم

   for you

   مِّن

   besides

   دُونِ

   besides

   ٱللَّهِ

   Allah

   مِن

   any

   وَلِىٍّ

   protector

   وَلَا

   and not

   نَصِيرٍ

   any helper.

   And you will not cause failure (to Allah) upon the earth. And you have not besides Allah any protector or helper.

   42:31
