Sura 43 Az-Zukhruf (The Ornaments of gold), ayah 26

1. وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِ إِنَّنِي بَرَاءٌ مِمَّا تَعْبُدُونَ

   Translation by words

   وَإِذْ

   And when

   قَالَ

   Ibrahim Said

   إِبْرَٰهِيمُ

   Ibrahim Said

   لِأَبِيهِ

   to his father

   وَقَوْمِهِۦٓ

   and his people,

   إِنَّنِى

   "Indeed, I (am)

   بَرَآءٌ

   disassociated

   مِّمَّا

   from what

   تَعْبُدُونَ

   you worship

   And (mention, O Muhammad), when Abraham said to his father and his people, "Indeed, I am disassociated from that which you worship

   43:26
