Sura 43 Az-Zukhruf (The Ornaments of gold), ayah 40

  1. أَفَأَنْتَ تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ أَوْ تَهْدِي الْعُمْيَ وَمَنْ كَانَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُبِينٍ

    Translation by words

    أَفَأَنتَ
    Then can you
    تُسْمِعُ
    cause to hear
    ٱلصُّمَّ
    the deaf
    أَوْ
    or
    تَهْدِى
    guide
    ٱلْعُمْىَ
    the blind
    وَمَن
    and (one) who
    كَانَ
    is
    فِى
    in
    ضَلَٰلٍ
    an error
    مُّبِينٍ
    clear?

    Then will you make the deaf hear, (O Muhammad), or guide the blind or he who is in clear error?

    43:40
