Sura 51 Adh-Dhariyat (The Winnowing Winds), ayah 38

وَفِي مُوسَىٰ إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَاهُ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ بِسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ
And in Moses (was a sign), when We sent him to Pharaoh with clear authority.
