Sura 54 Al-Qamar (The Moon), ayah 1

1. اقْتَرَبَتِ السَّاعَةُ وَانْشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ

   Translation by words

   ٱقْتَرَبَتِ

   Has come near

   ٱلسَّاعَةُ

   the Hour

   وَٱنشَقَّ

   and has split

   ٱلْقَمَرُ

   the moon.

   The Hour has come near, and the moon has split (in two).

   54:1
