Sura 54 Al-Qamar (The Moon), ayah 20

1. تَنْزِعُ النَّاسَ كَأَنَّهُمْ أَعْجَازُ نَخْلٍ مُنْقَعِرٍ

   Translation by words

   تَنزِعُ

   Plucking out

   ٱلنَّاسَ

   men

   كَأَنَّهُمْ

   as if they (were)

   أَعْجَازُ

   trunks

   نَخْلٍ

   (of) date-palms

   مُّنقَعِرٍ

   uprooted.

   Extracting the people as if they were trunks of palm trees uprooted.
