Sura 56 Al-Waqi'ah (The Inevitable), ayah 60

  1. نَحْنُ قَدَّرْنَا بَيْنَكُمُ الْمَوْتَ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ

    Translation by words

    نَحْنُ
    We
    قَدَّرْنَا
    [We] have decreed
    بَيْنَكُمُ
    among you
    ٱلْمَوْتَ
    the death
    وَمَا
    and not
    نَحْنُ
    We
    بِمَسْبُوقِينَ
    (are) outrun,

    We have decreed death among you, and We are not to be outdone

    56:60
