Sura 5 Al-Ma'idah (The Table Spread), ayah 105

  1. يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْفُسَكُمْ ۖ لَا يَضُرُّكُمْ مَنْ ضَلَّ إِذَا اهْتَدَيْتُمْ ۚ إِلَى اللَّهِ مَرْجِعُكُمْ جَمِيعًا فَيُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

    Translation by words

    يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
    O you
    ٱلَّذِينَ
    who
    ءَامَنُوا۟
    believe!
    عَلَيْكُمْ
    Upon you
    أَنفُسَكُمْ
    (is to guard) yourselves.
    لَا
    Not
    يَضُرُّكُم
    will harm you
    مَّن
    (those) who
    ضَلَّ
    (have gone) astray
    إِذَا
    when
    ٱهْتَدَيْتُمْ
    you have been guided.
    إِلَى
    To
    ٱللَّهِ
    Allah
    مَرْجِعُكُمْ
    (is) your return -
    جَمِيعًا
    all;
    فَيُنَبِّئُكُم
    then He will inform you
    بِمَا
    of what
    كُنتُمْ
    you used to
    تَعْمَلُونَ
    do.

    O you who have believed, upon you is (responsibility for) yourselves. Those who have gone astray will not harm you when you have been guided. To Allah is you return all together; then He will inform you of what you used to do.
