Sura 61 As-Saf (The Ranks), ayah 4

  1. إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ صَفًّا كَأَنَّهُمْ بُنْيَانٌ مَرْصُوصٌ

    Translation by words

    إِنَّ
    Indeed,
    ٱللَّهَ
    Allah
    يُحِبُّ
    loves
    ٱلَّذِينَ
    those who
    يُقَٰتِلُونَ
    fight
    فِى
    in
    سَبِيلِهِۦ
    His Way
    صَفًّا
    (in) a row
    كَأَنَّهُم
    as if they
    بُنْيَٰنٌ
    (were) a structure
    مَّرْصُوصٌ
    joined firmly.

    Indeed, Allah loves those who fight in His cause in a row as though they are a (single) structure joined firmly.
