Sura 68 Al-Qalam (The Pen), ayah 33

  1. كَذَٰلِكَ الْعَذَابُ ۖ وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَكْبَرُ ۚ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ

    Translation by words

    كَذَٰلِكَ
    Such
    ٱلْعَذَابُ
    (is) the punishment.
    وَلَعَذَابُ
    And surely the punishment
    ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ
    (of) the Hereafter
    أَكْبَرُ
    (is) greater,
    لَوْ
    if
    كَانُوا۟
    they
    يَعْلَمُونَ
    know.

    Such is the punishment (of this world). And the punishment of the Hereafter is greater, if they only knew.

    68:33
