Sura 6 Al-An'am (The Cattle), ayah 142

  1. وَمِنَ الْأَنْعَامِ حَمُولَةً وَفَرْشًا ۚ كُلُوا مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ ۚ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُبِينٌ

    Translation by words

    وَمِنَ
    And of
    ٱلْأَنْعَٰمِ
    the cattle
    حَمُولَةً
    (are some for) burden
    وَفَرْشًا
    and (some for) meat.
    كُلُوا۟
    Eat
    مِمَّا
    of what
    رَزَقَكُمُ
    (has been) provided (to) you
    ٱللَّهُ
    (by) Allah,
    وَلَا
    and (do) not
    تَتَّبِعُوا۟
    follow
    خُطُوَٰتِ
    (the) footsteps
    ٱلشَّيْطَٰنِ
    (of) Shaitaan.
    إِنَّهُۥ
    Indeed, he
    لَكُمْ
    (is) to you
    عَدُوٌّ
    an enemy
    مُّبِينٌ
    open.

    And of the grazing livestock are carriers (of burdens) and those (too) small. Eat of what Allah has provided for you and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy.
