Sura 70 Al-Ma'arij (The Ascending Stairways), ayah 40

1. فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ

   Translation by words

   فَلَآ

   But nay!

   أُقْسِمُ

   I swear

   بِرَبِّ

   by (the) Lord

   ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ

   (of) the risings

   وَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِ

   and the settings,

   إِنَّا

   that We

   لَقَٰدِرُونَ

   (are) surely Able

   So I swear by the Lord of (all) risings and settings that indeed We are able

   70:40
