Sura 72 Al-Jinn (The Jinn), ayah 17

  1. لِنَفْتِنَهُمْ فِيهِ ۚ وَمَنْ يُعْرِضْ عَنْ ذِكْرِ رَبِّهِ يَسْلُكْهُ عَذَابًا صَعَدًا

    Translation by words

    لِّنَفْتِنَهُمْ
    That We might test them
    فِيهِ
    therein.
    وَمَن
    And whoever
    يُعْرِضْ
    turns away
    عَن
    from
    ذِكْرِ
    the Remembrance
    رَبِّهِۦ
    (of) his Lord,
    يَسْلُكْهُ
    He will make him enter
    عَذَابًا
    a punishment
    صَعَدًا
    severe.

    So We might test them therein. And whoever turns away from the remembrance of his Lord He will put into arduous punishment.
