Sura 73 Al-Muzzammil (The Enshrouded One), ayah 16

1. فَعَصَىٰ فِرْعَوْنُ الرَّسُولَ فَأَخَذْنَاهُ أَخْذًا وَبِيلًا

   Translation by words

   فَعَصَىٰ

   But disobeyed

   فِرْعَوْنُ

   Firaun

   ٱلرَّسُولَ

   the Messenger,

   فَأَخَذْنَٰهُ

   so We seized him

   أَخْذًا

   (with) a seizure

   وَبِيلًا

   ruinous.

   But Pharaoh disobeyed the messenger, so We seized him with a ruinous seizure.

   73:16
