Sura 75 Al-Qiyamah (The Resurrection), ayah 38

1. ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ

   Translation by words

   ثُمَّ

   Then

   كَانَ

   he was

   عَلَقَةً

   a clinging substance,

   فَخَلَقَ

   then He created

   فَسَوَّىٰ

   and proportioned.

   Then he was a clinging clot, and (Allah) created (his form) and proportioned (him)

   75:38
