  1. ذِي قُوَّةٍ عِنْدَ ذِي الْعَرْشِ مَكِينٍ

    قُوَّةٍ
    power,

    (the) Owner of
    ٱلْعَرْشِ
    the Throne
    مَكِينٍ
    secure,

    (Who is) possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure (in position),
