Sura 89 Al-Fajr (The Dawn), ayah 5

1. هَلْ فِي ذَٰلِكَ قَسَمٌ لِذِي حِجْرٍ

   Translation by words

   هَلْ

   Is

   فِى

   in

   ذَٰلِكَ

   that

   قَسَمٌ

   (not) an oath

   لِّذِى

   for those

   حِجْرٍ

   who understand?

   Is there (not) in (all) that an oath (sufficient) for one of perception?

   89:5
