Sura 8 Al-Anfal (The Spoils of War), ayah 21

  1. وَلَا تَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ قَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَهُمْ لَا يَسْمَعُونَ

    And do not be like those who say, "We have heard," while they do not hear.
