Sura 8 Al-Anfal (The Spoils of War), ayah 3

1. الَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنْفِقُونَ

   The ones who establish prayer, and from what We have provided them, they spend.

   8:3
