Sura 8 Al-Anfal (The Spoils of War), ayah 45
-
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا لَقِيتُمْ فِئَةً فَاثْبُتُوا وَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ
Translation by words
- يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
- O you
- ٱلَّذِينَ
- who
- ءَامَنُوٓا۟
- believe!
- إِذَا
- When
- لَقِيتُمْ
- you meet
- فِئَةً
- a force,
- فَٱثْبُتُوا۟
- then be firm
- وَٱذْكُرُوا۟
- and remember
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- كَثِيرًا
- much,
- لَّعَلَّكُمْ
- so that you may
- تُفْلِحُونَ
- (be) successful.
O you who have believed, when you encounter a company (from the enemy forces), stand firm and remember Allah much that you may be successful.
