Sura 94 Ash-Sharh (The Consolation), ayah 7

1. فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ

   Translation by words

   فَإِذَا

   So when

   فَرَغْتَ

   you have finished

   فَٱنصَبْ

   then labor hard.

   So when you have finished (your duties), then stand up (for worship).

   94:7
